UCB is hiring an Automation Lead US to define and deliver automation strategy and systems for a new biologics manufacturing facility in Georgia. The hybrid role is based in Atlanta, requires up to 20% domestic and international travel, and involves leading automation delivery through design, construction, startup, and operational readiness; coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality, validation, digital, and operations teams; managing vendors and system integrators; ensuring compliance and cybersecurity; and building an automation organization. The position requires a master's degree in engineering, automation, biotechnology, or a related field and 12+ years of automation experience in regulated manufacturing environments, with a salary range of $184,000-$241,500 per year.
