Description
PCA is hiring an Automation Maintenance Engineer to develop and implement safety, quality, productivity, and automation maintenance plans; maintain existing equipment; support shutdown scheduling and long-term equipment decisions; coordinate outside contractors; and establish and monitor a preventive maintenance program to reduce unscheduled downtime. The role requires knowledge of automation equipment, drives, Allen Bradley PLCs, IBA, virtual servers, networking, and the pulp and paper industry, along with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and at least one year of related experience or an associate degree with three to five years of experience. The position offers a starting salary of $86,400 to $108,000 and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
