Description
Lucid is hiring a Paint Shop Automation Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve PLC-controlled automation systems, industrial robots, HMIs, SCADA screens, conveyors, ovens, elevators, turntables, and ASRS across its paint shop. The role includes preventive and predictive maintenance, commissioning, root-cause analysis, safety and EHS compliance, documentation, and collaboration with production, process engineering, quality, and facilities teams. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent in a relevant technical field, 2–4 years of automation maintenance experience, PLC and robotic-system proficiency, and willingness to work shifts and provide on-call support.
