Description
Smart High Tech AB is hiring an Automation Process Engineering Manager to lead the scale-up of manufacturing operations for graphene-enhanced thermal interface materials. The role will transition current production to stable, high-volume manufacturing, design automated processes and workflows, define automation requirements, integrate equipment, establish process control systems, improve yield and productivity, and support factory design, commissioning, and ramp-up. The position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden, with an alternative location in Shanghai, China, and requires a relevant engineering degree, at least 10 years of automation process engineering or advanced manufacturing experience, and proven experience scaling from pilot to mass production.
