Description
The Program Lead will launch and lead the automation strategy for a new electronics center of excellence, owning technical direction, system design and development, program delivery, and cross-functional execution from launch through full-scale production. The role leads an automation design team, integrates controls, robotics, machine vision, PLCs, HMIs, and manufacturing systems, manages risks and resources, communicates with leadership, and builds technical talent. It can be based in Solon, Ohio; Hollister, California; or Chandler, Arizona, with travel requirements varying by site.
