Description
ABB is hiring a Project Lead Engineer for its Energy Industries Division in Switzerland to lead medium- to high-complexity distributed control system projects in the power generation market. The role coordinates engineering activities, project engineers, operations-center engineering, and external suppliers; works with customers to deliver solutions; develops engineering processes; and supports project managers with scope, risk, cost, and deliverable activities. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related technical field, 3–5 years of engineering and commissioning experience in large process automation projects, and in-depth knowledge of ABB 800xA/800M DCS systems, SCADA, control systems, and functional safety. The work model is listed as LI-Hybrid.
