Bright Machines is hiring an Automation Reliability & Performance Manager to lead reliability, performance, and maintenance for robotic assembly equipment at its Florence, Kentucky production site. The role owns equipment stop and downtime data, analyzes losses, drives cross-functional improvements, manages a team of Automation Engineers, oversees a full-spectrum maintenance program, leads technical machine acceptance, operates the moonshine shop, and manages spare parts. It requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering or equivalent experience, at least seven years in reliability, maintenance, or automation engineering, and three years leading a technical team in a high-mix robotic or automated environment. The position is responsible for 24/7 escalation and includes availability outside standard hours.
