Description
The role manages ATE equipment and tool operating systems and application software, including installation, configuration, upgrades, uptime, cybersecurity, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and technical documentation. It requires a bachelor's degree in electronics or computer engineering, 1–3 years of semiconductor wafer-sort and cleanroom experience, extensive ATE, Windows/Unix/Linux, and programming experience, with Teradyne, SPEA, or Advantest experience preferred.
