Description
Skroutz is hiring an Automation Senior Manager to own the reliability and throughput of its fulfillment center operations. The role leads process optimization, standardization, Lean and change-management initiatives, facility and layout scaling, procurement of storage systems, and oversight of existing and future automation technologies such as WMS, WCS, Autostore, sorting stations, robotic picking, and vision systems. The manager will coordinate with vendors and IT teams, build high-availability systems, and coach production teams.
