Otter is hiring an onsite Automation Engineer in Bogotá to shape and execute an automation strategy, develop and deploy scalable automation solutions, analyze large datasets, establish KPIs, and collaborate with Operations, Product Management, and Software Development Engineers. The role requires 4+ years of experience in an automation, analytics, solutions, data analysis, or similar technical role, a STEM bachelor’s degree, proficiency in Python and JavaScript, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
