Grubtech is hiring an entry-level, full-time Automation Specialist to identify manual processes and design and implement scalable automation workflows across onboarding, customer success, activations, technical support, content, and pre-sales. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, reducing errors and bottlenecks, improving system integrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates need 0–1 years of experience in automation, process improvement, or systems operations, along with hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier or Make and AI tools such as Claude.
