Otter is hiring an onsite Automation Engineer in Bogotá to shape automation strategy, design and deploy scalable automation solutions, and collaborate with Operations, Product Management, and Software Development Engineers. The role requires 4+ years of experience in automation, analytics engineering, solutions engineering, data analysis, or a similar technical role, a STEM bachelor’s degree, proficiency in Python and JavaScript, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and build cross-functional relationships. The position is based in the Bogotá office and requires onsite work five days per week.
