Description
Prime Controls, L.P. is seeking an Automation Specialist II to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing control system details, configuring instrumentation, preparing for implementation, implementing, testing, documenting, and training. They will collaborate with project managers, interpret diagrams, develop architectures, create BOMs and IO lists, serve as a technical lead for small projects, build PLC and HMI templates, develop PLC programs in various languages, create HMIs, write test plans, develop training materials, coordinate with the installation team, test installed systems, troubleshoot problems, train customers, interface with manufacturers, mentor junior staff, and potentially respond to service calls.
