John Deere is hiring an Automation Strategy Lead to define and execute the automation strategy for the Ag & Turf US/Mexico division across manufacturing locations in Moline, Illinois, or Waterloo, Iowa. The role partners with factory, engineering, operations, IT, OT, quality, maintenance, safety, finance, and Smart Connected Factory teams to prioritize automation opportunities, establish governance and reusable standards, develop operating models, support capital planning, and measure business value. The position is onsite, requires at least eight years of relevant experience, and offers a base salary of $162,240 to $243,348 plus benefits.
