Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Automation Technical Lead in Bangalore to define and drive automation strategy, framework architecture, quality governance, and enablement across microservices-based product teams. The role covers component, integration, API, and end-to-end testing; reusable automation platforms; AI-assisted development; and technical leadership of automation engineers and technical leads. Candidates need at least 8 years of software quality engineering and test automation experience, including 3+ years leading enterprise-scale automation initiatives, along with expertise in Java, Python, TypeScript, Playwright, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and related testing technologies.
