The role supports the renewal of STMicroelectronics’ talent acquisition and onboarding process while assisting automation engineers with factory-automation equipment, integrating automation solutions, monitoring system performance, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance. It requires an engineering diploma or equivalent vocational certification, strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills, a proactive and hands-on mindset, and willingness to work shifts; semiconductor-industry experience is preferred.
