Description
The role is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, documenting, and improving functional and lifetime validation tests for eMachines and their sub-components. It includes customer validation and reliability requirements, test-cost estimation, customer communication, resource and test-bench allocation, failure-mechanism investigation, and process improvement. The posting requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field, 5–7 years of automotive component or system validation experience, knowledge of reliability and environmental testing of mechatronic systems, experience with mechanical or powertrain testing, and strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
