Description
Carvana is hiring an entry-level Auto Body Prepper to prepare vehicles for paint in its high-tech Inspection Centers. The role involves sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging and tear-down, and buffing, with a minimum of six months of professional automotive prepping experience. The position pays $21-$23 per hour and includes company-paid healthcare premiums, a 401(k) match, vehicle purchase discount, paid time off, ASE and tool reimbursement, and tuition or student loan repayment. Applicants must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 60 pounds, and pass a background check; visa sponsorship is not available.
