Berman Kia is hiring an experienced Finance Manager in Lincolnwood, Illinois, to present finance and insurance options, secure competitive financing, sell F&I products, maintain lender relationships, ensure documentation compliance, and support sales and management performance goals. The role requires prior automotive dealership finance-manager experience, knowledge of dealership finance processes and F&I products, strong communication and negotiation skills, menu-selling and dealership software experience, and knowledge of applicable compliance requirements. Compensation is $150,000-$200,000+ annually, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, and other benefits.
