Westlake Floorplan Company is hiring an Automotive Floorplan Territory Manager for a Scranton, Pennsylvania remote role. The position develops and manages an automotive dealership financing portfolio, acquires and retains dealer clients, monitors account performance, provides servicing and training, and assesses credit and portfolio risk. The role requires bilingual English-Spanish communication, automotive and finance knowledge, strong sales, negotiation, collection, analytical, and communication skills, a related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and at least two years of related experience. Compensation includes a $50,000 annual base, performance-based bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and commission potential, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
