Jasper Engines & Transmissions is hiring an Automotive Mechanical Engineer to serve as a Quality Captain for a production pod. The role owns quality performance, leads A3 problem-solving and root-cause analysis, reduces test-stand rejects and field warranties, develops quality processes and test plans, supports validation and failure analysis, and drives cost-reduction and process-improvement initiatives. Candidates need hands-on automotive, engine-machining, or mechanical-manufacturing experience, manufacturing-floor experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills; a mechanical-engineering degree or related experience is preferred.
