Montaplast GmbH is hiring an Automotive Program Manager to own complex customer and development programs from acquisition through series production readiness. The role manages OEM and Tier 1 customers, coordinates engineering, quality, purchasing, production, and finance teams, and owns schedule, cost, quality, risk, change, and launch activities. It requires a technical degree, several years of program or project management experience, automotive standards knowledge, project-management tool proficiency, and strong English skills.
