Brakes Plus is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor to report to the Store Manager and lead the service department. The role involves customer sales and service, supervising and scheduling technicians, coaching team members, evaluating performance, managing parts inventory, maintaining safety and equipment standards, and ensuring inspections are completed. Candidates need at least two years of Service Advisor or Writer experience, strong leadership and communication skills, OSHA knowledge, and a valid driver's license. Compensation is $40,000–$60,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus of up to $2,000 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
