Description
The Automotive Service Advisor serves as the primary customer-facing liaison for the Hutch Auto Group service department, managing the customer relationship from vehicle arrival through final delivery. The role involves documenting vehicle issues, inspecting vehicles, creating and closing repair orders, scheduling service, coordinating with technicians and parts, presenting maintenance and warranty information, providing estimates, processing payments, and resolving customer concerns. It is a full-time, in-person position with a base salary of $32,000 to $45,000 plus commission and bonus, and requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, automotive knowledge, communication and sales skills, and proficiency with dealership management systems.
