The role involves customer consultation, vehicle intake, service-order preparation, repair-cost calculation, workshop scheduling, spare-parts coordination, vehicle handover, invoice review, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Applicants need automotive-sector training, service-advisor experience or further training, strong customer and communication skills, independent structured working, good German, and teamwork.
