Description
The Automotive Service Advisor will manage vehicle service jobs from intake through final inspection, advise customers on repair types, costs, and scope, prepare cost estimates, and support manufacturer customer-satisfaction and sales targets. The role also handles accident-damage cost calculations, insurance claims, repair approvals, and warranty or goodwill cases. Candidates need automotive mechanic or mechatronics technician training, professional automotive service consulting experience, strong customer orientation, organizational skills, and a passion for dealership work; additional service-consultant or master-mechanic qualifications are advantageous.
