Fowler Kia of Longmont is hiring a full-time Automotive Service Technician Apprentice through Kia America’s Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program. The role involves diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Kia vehicles across engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and electrical systems; completing inspections, repair orders, warranty documentation, and test drives; and communicating with service advisors and shop foremen. Applicants must have an honorable U.S. military discharge, a valid driver’s license, prior mechanical or technical experience, strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, and willingness to complete background and drug screening. The program provides dealership experience, training, tools, support, and a path to Kia Service Technician certification, with GI Bill eligibility and possible Monthly Housing Allowance for eligible veterans.
