Description
Carvana is hiring a full-time Automotive Supervisor to lead and develop hourly associates in an Inspection Center. The role manages vehicle movement and production, quality and inventory targets, team performance, coaching, repairs, defect approvals, safety, and conflict resolution. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, computer experience, at least 18 years of age, reconditioning-process expertise, a valid unrestricted driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment. The position pays $34-$40 hourly and includes medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, and other benefits; it is not visa eligible.
