The Supervisor will lead the Vehicle Processing Center team in Zeebrugge, coordinating daily operations, weekly capacity, customer-demand planning, quality and safety compliance, reporting, supplies, and process optimization. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, automotive technology knowledge, Dutch and English fluency, MS Office and Excel proficiency, a category B driver's license, and flexibility for variable shifts.
