MSX International is hiring a full-time Automotive Technical Specialist to provide second-level remote technical support to dealers and independent workshops across the Dutch-speaking market. The role involves diagnosing complex mechanical, electrical, electronic, hybrid, and electric vehicle issues, coaching technicians, monitoring repair processes, documenting technical issues, and improving aftersales performance. Candidates need at least three years of hands-on automotive workshop experience, strong diagnostic and vehicle-technology knowledge, and fluent Dutch, French, and English. The position is based in Belgium or the Netherlands, offers up to €4,500 gross per month, and includes health insurance, vacation days, meal vouchers, a home-office allowance, and a laptop.
