Ardent is hiring an Automotive Technical Trainer for a Volvo Retailer Technical Training Center in Rockleigh, New Jersey. The role focuses on facilitating Volvo technical training courses in person, virtually, and remotely, including course setup and teardown, participant safety and check-in, tool inventory management, assessment proctoring, and facility coordination. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience delivering automotive technical courses, strong knowledge of advanced diagnostics and hybrid/electric vehicle systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. The position offers a $90K–$100K salary range, Monday through Friday daytime training hours, and benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and disability coverage.
