Bridgestone Retail Operations is hiring an Automotive Technician to learn and develop foundational skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles. The role includes scheduled maintenance, inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems, battery and electrical checks, tire maintenance, part installation, and road testing. The technician may explain repair procedures to customers and must obtain or maintain at least one A.S.E. certification within the first two years. The position offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus for first-time hires, a pay range of $19.25 to $28.93, flat-rate compensation, medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid vacation and holidays, training, and a 401(k) match.
