Description
Bridgestone Retail Operations is hiring a Senior Technician to diagnose and repair automotive systems including brakes, hydraulics, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, alignment, air conditioning, and computer systems. The role also involves explaining technical diagnoses to non-mechanical customers, maintaining current automotive knowledge through paid training, and assisting or training other technicians. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, demonstrated automotive repair skills, and applicable certifications; ASE certification in at least three A1–A8 areas is required within the first two years. The position offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus for first-time hires, a pay range of $19.57–$33.47, flat-rate compensation, and medical, dental, vision, paid leave, retirement, and other benefits.
