Geotab is hiring a Field Service Technical Specialist to support customers, installation partners, and internal teams with vehicle telematics, installation standards, and field validation. The role includes design support for new products, site visits, installation audits, installer certification, technical documentation, troubleshooting, demonstrations, and international travel. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of telematics installation field-service experience, knowledge of OBD, CAN, SAE standards, and automotive electronics, plus the ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
