Description
The Autonomous Coding Quality and Optimization Analyst will evaluate autonomous coding performance, identify automation opportunities, detect AI errors and compliance risks, and translate findings into actionable recommendations across coding, compliance, reporting, data science, engineering, clinical, and customer-facing teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant healthcare or data discipline plus eight years of complex facility coding and healthcare technology experience, or a high school diploma/GED plus twelve years of direct healthcare revenue cycle, medical coding, and healthcare technology experience, along with active facility coding certification and experience with EHRs, computer-assisted coding, autonomous coding engines, and automation technologies. The position is remote, may include up to 10% domestic travel, and offers expected compensation of $143,200 to $196,900 including base pay and variable incentive pay.
