Description
The role designs and develops autonomous-vehicle planning and control algorithms, including trajectory smoothing, constraint validation, collision-risk correction, lateral and longitudinal control, and planning-and-control optimization. It also leads simulation and real-vehicle testing, parameter calibration, issue resolution, documentation, and cross-functional integration for AD functions such as highway NOA, urban navigation, ACC, and LCC. The position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, at least three years of autonomous-driving planning and control development experience, and proficiency in C++, Python, ROS, Simulink, and vehicle dynamics.
