Description
The role develops path-planning and trajectory-generation algorithms for an interceptor, accounting for target motion, vehicle dynamics, obstacles, and changing mission conditions. It integrates planning with perception, flight control, communications, and the Mosaic ground-control system using ROS 2 and MAVLink, and extends the system toward multi-agent coordination, trajectory deconfliction, collision avoidance, formation flight, mission handovers, replanning, and recovery. The position requires strong path-planning fundamentals, experience with trajectory optimization, graph search, or guidance, C++ or Rust implementation skills, ROS 2 experience, and knowledge of vehicle kinematics and dynamics. The employer offers flexible working hours, mobile work, a pension scheme, and other corporate benefits.
