Description
Shield AI is hiring a full-time regular employee to develop and integrate autonomy software across emerging-domain platforms such as space, maritime, and unmanned-aircraft systems. The role involves establishing autonomy on new platforms, integrating payloads and sensors, developing mission behaviors and multi-agent coordination, validating systems through software-, hardware-, vehicle-, and live testing, supporting flight and operational trials, debugging embedded systems, and preparing mission-ready releases. The position requires a relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience, typically 5+ years of relevant experience, strong C++ and Linux development skills, embedded or real-time software integration experience, systems-level problem-solving ability, and the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.
