Description
Shield AI is hiring an Autonomous Pilot Integration Engineer to develop, integrate, validate, and field autonomy software for unmanned air, maritime, space, and effects/expendables platforms. The role owns technical direction across multiple programs, leads architecture and standards, mentors senior engineers, supports live mission testing, and troubleshoots complex hardware and software systems. It requires a relevant BS/MS or equivalent experience, typically 10 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, C++ and Linux expertise, embedded-systems experience, and the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance. The position is full-time, includes travel of approximately 10–20%, and offers pay, bonus, benefits, and equity.
