Description
Shield AI is hiring an Autonomous Pilot Integration Engineer to develop, integrate, validate, and field autonomy software for unmanned air, maritime, space, and effects/expendables platforms. The role leads a small feature crew or sub-program, partners with autonomy, perception, and external integrator teams, manages interface contracts and mission readiness, supports live test events, and mentors engineers. It requires a relevant degree, substantial related experience, C++ and Linux embedded-systems expertise, autonomy testing experience, and the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance. The position is full-time, typically involves 10–20% travel, and includes a bonus, benefits, and equity package.
