Description
The Autonomous Production Unit (UAP) Manager will lead the operation of an autonomous production unit, manage the UAP team and related HR matters, execute production plans and budgets, monitor productivity and cost performance, coordinate industrial engineering resources, and support continuous improvement and HSE standards. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management, at least five years of industrial experience, three to five years of team management experience, and knowledge of production methods such as Kanban, 5S, Hoshin, TPM, and GPAO. Visa sponsorship is not available, and the salary range is USD 110,000–135,000.
