Description
Ford is hiring a Robotics Engineering Manager to lead a multi-plant engineering and project delivery team responsible for autonomous robotics technologies in manufacturing logistics. The role oversees AMR/AGV platforms, embedded controls, machine-learning perception systems, ADAS-inspired autonomy stacks, software integrations, SOW development, vendor management, simulation, validation, and multi-million-dollar project budgets. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, 5–10 years of robotics, automation, or software engineering experience, and 3–5+ years in leadership. The position is based in Mexico, reports to SCA staff in Dearborn, Michigan, and is hybrid.
