Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is hiring an autonomous vehicle software engineer to develop and maintain localization, navigation, motion planning, control, and embedded software for autonomous vehicles. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical or software engineering, two years of relevant experience, Python or C, ROS2, sensor fusion, and real-time embedded or robotic systems experience. The engineer will integrate hardware and software, support field testing and debugging, and travel approximately 20%–30% to field locations.
