Voltrac is hiring an Autonomous Systems Engineer to build and own the core autonomy stack for its autonomous electric tractor. The role involves selecting, training, and iterating machine-learning models; designing virtual and field testing campaigns; defining verification and safety criteria; managing model deployment, monitoring, and user communication; and potentially contributing to data ingestion. The position requires strong software engineering, practical autonomous-systems experience, on-site testing, self-directed work, collaboration, and fluent English, with conversational Spanish preferred.
