Parsons is hiring an Autonomous Technology Documentation Standards Leader to serve as a technical writer for its Autonomous Technology and Intelligence Program. The role focuses on unmanned and counter-unmanned systems documentation, auditing and enforcing documentation standards, maintaining traceability from requirements through code and validation, managing knowledge bases and records, and coaching engineers on technical writing and process adherence. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of progressive experience in technical documentation, editorial review, or systems engineering, FAA Part 107 certification, and an active Secret security clearance, with up to 30% travel. The salary range is $103,500 to $181,100, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement, and other benefits.
