Mach Industries is hiring an Autonomy Software Engineer to design, build, and deploy production software for perception, localization, navigation, planning, and mission autonomy in contested environments. The role uses modern C++ on Linux and Python, integrates algorithms across the autonomy stack, brings systems through simulation and hardware-in-the-loop testing, and optimizes software and models for real-time embedded deployment. Candidates need a relevant degree or equivalent experience, strong C++ and Python skills, and experience with robotics, autonomy, or embedded software systems.
