Description
Shield AI is hiring a full-time Autonomy Integration Lead to lead the technical delivery of complex autonomy capabilities for launched-effects platforms. The role owns platform integration, autopilot and payload systems, executive autonomy, multi-agent coordination, fleet-scale deployment, validation, release planning, flight testing, and operational deployments. It requires leading cross-functional and partner integration, influencing technical direction, mentoring engineers, debugging embedded systems, and supporting mission data and continuous improvement. The position requires a relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience, typically 7+ years of relevant experience, expert C++ and Linux development, autonomy or embedded software integration experience, and the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance; travel is typically 10–20% of the year.
