REGENT is hiring an Autonomy Test & Integration Engineer to develop and operate perception-system test infrastructure for a wing-in-ground-effect craft. The role combines field work—mounting and calibrating cameras and radar on boats, collecting vessel-traffic data, and adapting to changing sea conditions—with onshore work building hardware-in-the-loop and data-replay tooling, sensor calibration, software integration, reliability tracking, and autonomy test scenarios. Candidates need robotics, autonomy, or perception software experience, hands-on hardware-in-the-loop or data-replay work, field deployment experience, and strong C/C++, Python, and Linux skills; U.S. export-control eligibility is required.
