Description
Portledge School is hiring a full-time Auxiliary Programs Director to oversee after-school programs, educational-event rentals, and a new summer enrichment program. The role manages schedules, staffing, budgets, billing, compliance, marketing, family communications, and on-site supervision, and reports to the Controller. It requires 3–5 years of relevant program-management experience, staff-management and budgeting experience, Google Suite and Blackbaud knowledge, and CPR, First Aid, and NYS Mandated Reporter certification. The position starts October 1, 2026, with compensation of $70,000–$120,000 per year.
