Description

The Field Engineer for Event and Specialty Spaces supports the operational readiness, maintenance, and break/fix resolution of audio-visual systems in event venues, customer experience environments, broadcast-adjacent rooms, and other specialty collaboration spaces. The role performs diagnostics and remediation across audio, video, control, routing, conferencing, projection, lighting, and network-connected systems; supports event operations and user acceptance testing; conducts preventative maintenance; manages spare equipment and RMA logistics; documents incidents and trends; coordinates with engineering and vendors; and escalates unresolved issues. The position requires 3–5 years of relevant AV field engineering or event technology experience, strong troubleshooting skills, flexible hours, and travel when required.
